It’s that time of year when many of us are thinking about some kind of home improvement project… a spring clean, a clear-out, a design project, even a house move. And in almost every case, the finishing touches are about what you hang on the wall or display on the furniture.

Once again, Fresh: Art Fair will host 50 galleries showing 5,000 prints, paintings, and sculptures from nearly 500 artists, all original, many by exciting new talent and some by famous names we’d love to own.

If you have been to Fresh: before, then do come back. There will be 10 new exhibitors from all over the country, a host of new artists from the regular exhibitors, and new artworks from everyone. There will be new sculptors in the Garden Sculpture Park, more artists for you to watch at work, and workshops for you to try your hand.

If you’re planning a project, principal partner RRA Architects will be attending, and delighted to help. If you have an old painting to move on, then Bonhams will be on hand to give you a free valuation and advice on how to sell.

Last year was the best Fair yet, with over 6,000 visitors over the weekend. If you’re new to art fairs, then give Fresh: a try... newcomers frequently say it’s much bigger and better than they expected.

One of the fair’s most loyal visitors, Suzanne Barnes Design Partnership, has it nailed:

‘The creative element of working as an interior designer encompasses everything from space planning, creating the right ambience, lighting, furniture, furnishings, and decorative elements – including artwork.

‘As a frequent visitor to individual art galleries, the last six years of the Cheltenham Fresh: Art Fair has provided me with a platform for clients to view and discuss all the artwork available. The selection is wide and varied, not only in style and execution, but also in scale and price tag. With all the galleries being friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable, this makes for a comfortable and inclusive environment to browse and buy art.’

Whoever you are, press the re-fresh button… we have.
