Christmas markets taking place across Norfolk in the coming weeks, all of which are sure to get you feeling suitably festive.

Norfolk Festive Gift and Food Show

Described as the region’s biggest Christmas shopping fair, this event will have hundreds of stalls in the main exhibition hall selling gifts, decorations, festive food and drink and much more. There will also be family entertainment.

November 8-10, Norfolk Showground, Norwich

Norfolk Artisan Fair at Christmas

You can browse more than 100 stalls at this two-day event, which offers a wide range of food, drink and gifts. There are both indoor and outdoor areas at the fair, which concentrates on showcasing local products.

November 9-10, Fakenham Racecourse

Sandringham Christmas Craft, Food and Gift Fair

Hand-crafted items made by more than 100 makers, artists and designers will be on offer at this event. It will also feature food and drink, including chefs’ cooking demos, live music and children’s entertainment, such as an elf on a bubble bike.

Great Yarmouth Christmas Fayre

The three-day festive craft, gifts and food event is held annually in the Minster and features over 30 specialist handcraft, food and gift stalls.

Creake Abbey’s Christmas Gift Fair,

The abbey’s courtyard will be full of stalls selling all sorts of locally-produced artisan products, such as jewellery, textiles and ceramics. There will also be a wide range of food and drink, including street food stands.

Wymondham Abbey Christmas Fayre

The historic abbey is preparing for the return of its community Christmas fair, with more than 50 craft stalls and live music. There will also be street food, sweet treats, a licensed bar with mulled wine and activities and crafts for the whole family.

Pensthorpe Christmas Market

Food and drink suppliers, artists and craft makers will take part in this annual market, which is held outdoors with a large number of pop-up stalls. Organisers promise creative gift ideas and delicious treats.

Festive Fair at The Forum in Norwich

This very popular event will have more than 70 indoor stalls, with a huge range of East Anglian products, plus many outdoor stands and activities. There will be live music and dance, and on the Saturday and Sunday visitors will have the chance to see adorable miniature donkeys from Mini Donks. You can also see some classic cars.

Festive Fairhaven Christmas Market

More than 40 stalls offering gifts, crafts and locally-produced treats will be available to browse at this two-day event, with free admission.

Gresham’s School Christmas Fayre

Friends of Gresham’s School are hosting their annual Christmas fayre in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA). There will be over 30 stallholders offering Christmas gifts and treats. All are welcome.

Christmas Market at Holkham Hall

This year, an extra day has been added to this annual market, which is held in the Lady Elizabeth Wing at Holkham and outside in Holkham’s festive chalets. More than 60 stallholders will be taking part, and there will be live music and street food to add to the atmosphere.
