Children’s menus are available featuring traditional roasts as well as ‘spag bol’, fish cakes and a very special knickebocker glory dessert. Dine and stay amidst antiques and objects of interest... everything you can see is for sale! With up to 300 items a month moving on through, it creates an ever-changing scene. The venue also features three private dining spaces to choose from for your Sunday lunch: glorious Georgian furniture, grand glassware and antique objects dress The Secret Room; you can dine privately at the ‘Chef’s table’ whilst watching the kitchen at work. Netherton House is a beautiful 17th century building that was extended in the 1800’s. It has been lovingly restored and transformed into a stunning 65 seat restaurant, serving freshly prepared locally sourced food and a huge selection of drinks.
This family run restaurant, bar and beer garden is located in the centre of Long Stratton on the A140 with ample free parking 100 yards away next to the Pharmacy. Well worth the short drive to the south of Norwich.
The downstairs has a quirky rustic Stuart period atmosphere, whereas upstairs there is an elegant 25 seat Georgian era function/dining room with table cloths and chandeliers, overlooking the beautiful secluded rear garden. Children are welcome.

Sunday lunch at the Saracen’s Head is something of a speciality.
The wonderful building is Ivy clad and was built to the design of a Tuscan farmhouse a couple of hundred years ago, set just outside the Wolterton Estate, it’s surrounded by farmland and peace and quiet. The restaurant and bar have been recently renovated and are light, bright and have a lovely relaxed, comfortable feel about them.
Head chef Mark Sayers insists on using only the best, freshest local produce. The beef is sourced from just down the lane in Blickling where it has grazed on the tranquil banks of the Bure. The roast pork and it’s amazing crackling is reared at South Creake up on the North Norfolk Coast. The delicious desserts are all made at the Saracens.

The Cliftonville Hotel, Cromer offers diners a superb setting for Sunday Luncheon served to your table in the Westcliff Restaurant with its cliff top and sea views.
Chef’s use only the finest fresh in season local produce to create the perfect Sunday Luncheon severed every Sunday between the hours of 12 noon and 2.30pm.

Glen Lodge is set in the picturesque surroundings of Bawburgh Golf Club. The fantastic club house is set high above the course, with stunning views over the 18th hole and valley.
The well renowned carvery is served between 12pm-3pm on Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. There’s a choice of locally sourced butchers meats accompanied by fresh vegetables and potatoes. Vegetarian and other dietary requirements are catered for.
In addition you can enjoy a range of refreshments, afternoon tea and daily bar menu on the terrace and view the fantastic programme of events.

How about spending your Sunday, or any day for that matter eating, drinking and relaxing on the Broads. This is a unique setting and unique offerings on the menus.
