We have lived here for nine years.

How have you changed the house?

Apart from knocking the house down and rebuilding it, the house has had everything done! It has been extended from 150sqm over two floors to 270sqm and turned into what I would call a dream home, but we took care to retain some original features, such as the stained-glass windows.

What will you miss most about the house?

The high-end spec of the finishes as well as all the gadgets inside and out, including the self-contained living area. There is excellent access to the major motorway links M6/M65 and the M61 is only a couple of miles away. It’s a house that brings you altogether with the amazing design but also gives people space too.

Describe the garden:

The house is set on a one acre plot and at the front is a very practical yet beautiful space with landscaped areas and parking for a number of cars.
