Last year’s Lancashire Life readers' photography competition attracted a record number of entries, with more than 1200 brilliant images submitted.
In 2024, the competition is once again sponsored by Wilkinson Cameras who have provided super prizes for our winners every year since 2010. This year’s top three will receive vouchers to spend on the Canon or ProMaster ranges, including all photographic essentials.
There is no limit to the number of images you can submit before competition closes at midnight on Friday September 27th. There are just two rules: the competition is not open to professional photographers and all entries must be taken in the Lancashire county palatine – from the Mersey in the south to the Duddon in the north.

The images we are showcasing here are just a few of the brilliant shots sent to us by readers in recent weeks. We’ll print a selection of entries in the magazine each month – and we may use them online too – and we’ll reveal the winners in the December issue.
