The approach to food at The Feathered Nest is that of fresh, seasonal ingredients, locally sourced and cooked using the right techniques with bold flavour combinations for unforgettable tastes. Dishes on the menu include the likes of Roasted Orkney Scallops with Brassicas, Sea Vegetables & Squid Ink; Chargrilled Venison Loin with Salt Baked Parsnip, Sticky Haunch, Black Pudding & Potato Hash,; and Caramel Flan with Mango, Banana & Coconut.
