No trip to Dorset would be complete without a visit to the Lulworth Estate.

Here you will find iconic coastal scenery including the picturesque Lulworth Cove, stone arch of Durdle Door and five miles of the most accessible World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

At East Lulworth Lulworth Castle and Park are open for visitors most days (except Saturdays). As you pull into the sweeping drive way you will instantly see why Lulworth Castle and Lulworth Courtyard feature among Dorset’s top locations for wedding ceremonies and parties, corporate hire and private functions.

Both venues, set in open parkland with views towards the Jurassic Coast can be made available for your exclusive use.

Lulworth Castle provides a stunning and unusual open plan space for around 130 guests and is worth a closer look. The Courtyard, with its renovated rooms provides a charming walled indoor/outdoor space for smaller parties of around 80.

Lulworth Castle has been at the centre of life in Lulworth for more than 400 years having been owned by the Weld family since 1641. Built for entertaining it has played host to five reigning monarchs, countless hunting parties and today, in its partially restored state, is the place to make wedding dreams come true.

Within Lulworth Castle Park the historic Roman Catholic Chapel of St.Mary’s and the Anglican Church of St. Andrew are also worth a visit, both are also available for religious wedding ceremonies.

You can visit all the main attractions of Lulworth for just one car park ticket. Your ticket bought at Lulworth Cove or Durdle Door will give you parking at the Castle and Park too. Castle entrance tariff applies.
