Andrew Brownsword Hotels has announced that Edward Marsh has join Buckland Manor as head chef. 

Arriving at Buckland Manor on October 7, 2024, Edward has joined the team from the Michelin-starred and 4 AA rosette kitchen at The Manor House, Castle Combe, where he has been head chef since 2021.  A popular and highly skilled chef, Ed has also worked with Hywel Jones at Lucknam Park and has held a spread of titles, including South-West Chef of the Year 2019/20, and was named one of ‘30 under 30’ recipients of a prestigious industry Caterer ‘Acorn Award’ in 2020.
