Evie Willow, a bespoke kitchen design and manufacturing business based in Minster Lovell, Witney, is distinguished by its dedication to creating high-quality, truly bespoke kitchens and interiors, blending innovation with traditional craftsmanship.

Founded 11-years ago by the Founder and Director, Daniel Allen, Evie Willow has grown from a small business of 2, to a thriving, family-run operation employing 17-local staff, ranging from skilled cabinet makers, to paint finishers, to designers and project managers. Serving clients across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Gloucestershire and beyond, Evie Willow are a full-service business, taking projects from the initial design concept, right through to manufacture and installation.

Dan’s background as a cabinet maker forms the foundation of Evie Willow’s approach. "We’ve always focused on building a high-quality product, in both materials and craftsmanship," Dan explains. This dedication to quality is reflected in every aspect of the company’s work, from the careful selection of sustainable timbers to the meticulous construction of each bespoke kitchen.

Evie Willow’s reputation has always proceeded them, trading for six years without a single display, relying solely on word of mouth: “For a long time we gained customers only through personal recommendations, based on how well we designed, made and installed the kitchens,” says Dan.

Four years ago, alongside their expansion, the business was able to put together their first showroom to display their work; this September saw the exciting launch of an additional new innovative kitchen display, a stunning new boot room display and a timeless bathroom display.

Innovation is at the heart of Evie Willow’s philosophy. The company prides itself on its ability to create truly bespoke solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. "Everything we do is 100% bespoke," Dan emphasises. "We’re very good at adapting, overcoming problems and innovating the furniture industry." Evie Willow’s reputation for innovation is demonstrated by its ability to tackle unique and creative requests such as a recent, built-in tortoise house within a kitchen island, to a custom-made bar, clad in antique bronze metal!

This flexibility allows Evie Willow to take on challenging projects, particularly in high-spec builds, or in period properties where custom solutions are often required. “We are very good at putting kitchens into houses that aren’t straightforward, we very rarely get a square room with even walls, we really come into our own in period properties where the walls are all over the place. That’s when the made to measure element of what we do really shines,” Dan tells us.

Evie Willow’s designs go beyond mere aesthetics, focusing on the functionality that makes a kitchen truly unique. Dan tells us: “Our kitchens have to look good, but more importantly, they have to work and perform well. Every customer we meet has slightly different requirements, how they like to cook and use the space varies; there’s a lot more that goes into it than just the obvious kitchen layout, it’s often the smaller details in our designs that make the difference and make those spaces unique to the person.”

Dan believes that the small details, such as custom drawer inserts, or built-in features such as personalised dog beds are what makes a kitchen truly functional. "A lot of companies focus only on the aesthetics," Dan notes, "but I feel it’s often what’s behind those doors and inside those drawers that really makes the difference."

This attention to detail extends to the materials Evie Willow uses, favouring high quality, durable options such as plywood and modified timbers over common alternatives like chipboard and MDF. This ensures that their kitchens not only look stunning but also stand the test of time.

"We guarantee our kitchens for 20-years, we think it’s better for the environment, better value and you’ll be able to enjoy the product for years to come. It always blows my mind that people will happily spend double what they would here on the high street for bespoke kitchens, yet the materials are substandard, which hugely effects the longevity of their space.” Dan says, highlighting the company’s commitment to longevity and sustainability.

With a focus on creating kitchens that are as functional and personal as they are beautiful, Evie Willow continues to set the standard for bespoke kitchen craftsmanship, delivering unique interiors which clients will cherish for years to come.
